Three locations are currently open: Mazzolina Pizzeria Colombette, Mazzolina Restaurant Colombette and Mazzolina Pizzeria Bayard. A fourth, Mazzolina Restaurant Minimes, is coming soon.

Both are on the same street, in the same building. The pizzeria is takeaway only, including Click & Collect and delivery, with a menu limited to pizzas, sandwiches, calzones, bottled/canned drinks and desserts. The restaurant is for eating in, with a fuller menu that also includes starters, pasta, Italian bowls, cocktails, wines and draught beer.

Mazzolina Pizzeria Colombette is at 14 Rue de la Colombette, Mazzolina Restaurant Colombette at 16 Rue de la Colombette, and Mazzolina Pizzeria Bayard at 3 Place Robert Schuman, all in Toulouse.

The pizzeria is open 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, from 11:30 to 14:00 and from 18:30 to 23:00.

The restaurant is open Monday to Saturday, from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00. It is closed on Sundays.

The pizzerias (Colombette and Bayard) are open for lunch and dinner on Sundays for takeaway, Click & Collect and delivery. The Colombette restaurant is closed on Sundays.
